Project inquiries & order information

Last reviewed: October 14, 2026

This website is operated by Qingdao Gobule Water Sports Products Co., Ltd. under the DSPR brand. It presents single-deck floating platforms and accepts project inquiries.

Starting a conversation

Our form prepares a WhatsApp or email message. Review it and press Send in your chosen application. Making an inquiry requires no payment and does not create an order or purchase contract.

Confirming a quotation

Product photographs, standard dimensions and layouts help you choose a starting point. Agree the final specification, any custom charges, included components, packaging, delivery scope and commercial terms directly with DSPR before accepting an order. Written quotations and approved designs define the agreed project.

Delivery and estimates

The existing platform range lists planning estimates of about 45 production days after design approval and about 60 transit days for eligible US and European destinations. These are estimates. Confirm availability, destination coverage, freight, duties, taxes and timing in your quotation.

Custom changes, cancellation and support

DSPR’s existing policy allows cancellation without charge before production starts, including after design approval. Once production of a custom or personalized product has started, change-of-mind cancellation is not refundable. Selecting a standard model alone does not make a product personalized. Confirm the terms applicable to your order.

The featured range carries a one-year DSPR warranty. Quality issues are reviewed for repair or replacement as appropriate. Mandatory rights and applicable remedies remain unaffected. The full existing DSPR policies provide further detail.
